BA Staff Reunited is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information.
This policy should be read before registering with us along with our Terms and Conditions and by accepting this Agreement you are giving consent to the way your personal information is handled as detailed in this policy. Members should be aware that the Internet is accessible to the world and personal details on the BA Staff Reunited Site can be accessed by all.
When registering with BA Staff Reunited you provide your name and maiden name where relevant, your email address, and some personal information about yourself which can be edited by you on "My profile". We will only use your email address to communicate with you and will never knowingly disclose it to a third party. We will send you an e-mail to verify your address on registration, send a reminder of the expiry date of membership and notify you regarding any changes to the service or notification of suspension from the site if you break the house rules.
Your personal details will not be used for commercial gain and you can be confident that we will not sell the lists of Members' e-mail addresses to any third party. However, when a Member registers with BA Staff Reunited any information given by that Member, except for the e-mail address, will be available to search by other users of the BA Staff Reunited Service. We do not directly make your e-mail address available to anyone accessing the BA Staff Reunited service. If a member wishes to make contact with a friend found on the BA Staff Reunited site a message can be sent to that Member but neither member will be able to identify the e-mail address of the other (known as a blind e-mail).
