“I don’t miss the work ~ but I miss the people” is something we’ve all heard and when you’ve been part of a unique community such as British Airways it would be a pity to lose contact with so many special people.

Following retirement in 2004 after 31 years ~ starting in1973 as a stewardess with BOAC ~ I missed the people I’d known and worked with over all that time.  I also wanted to travel the world on my hard earned concessions, but in my case it was “go alone or stay home”.

So I started to think of ways to contact other like-minded people and the idea of this website took on a life of its own.  So if you feel the same ~ join up, be part of the fun and help make the site as unique an experience as working at British Airways.
